A new type of open world game

Kurt is a Miami homicide detective with suicidal tendencies, while Cliff is an old, eccentric, and reclusive detective with nothing to lose. Kurt is assigned to partner with Cliff, and together they uncover a vast conspiracy that begins with the death of the CEO of the world’s largest bank. Regarded as the "bad boys" of the force, they take on the case—and along the way, they become friends.
